“Splits” Pretzels Taco Dip

What if you want the full taco taste, but as a snack? Well look no further! With this Unique Pretzels taco dip recipe you can be bringing taco taste to your Unique “Splits” pretzels in no-time. Dip away!



  • 2.5 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp. cornflower/cornstarch
  • ½ tbsp. butter
  • 13 oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp. milk (any kind)
  • ½ cup chorizo sausage (chopped)
  • Black Olives
  • Jalapenos (sliced)
  • Salt
  • Unique Pretzel “Splits”



Place cheese and cornflower in a bowl and mix together. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan, adding onion and/or garlic if you so choose. Slow cook for 3-5 minutes. Add evaporated milk and cheese to butter, stir and spice as desired. Continue to stir until a smooth sauce is formed. Add salt to taste, finely chopped chorizo, olives, and jalapenos. Allow to cool most of the way and then top with further shredded cheese. Enjoy with the Unique “Splits” pretzels of your choosing!
